Eligibility for Returns:
- You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not present upon delivery.
- Please ensure the return package includes all original components, including the personalized card (if applicable).
Return Process – Step by Step:
- Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer support team.
- Please provide your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
- Return Authorization:
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return shipping address.
- Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to the return address provided.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days if approved.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized Items: Due to their custom nature, personalized items (such as those with engraved messages or custom cards) are non-returnable.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
- Items damaged through customer misuse.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow for processing time by your bank or credit card company.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Exchanges:
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
